Committed to eating healthy, but not in the mood for another salad? We've got you covered.


  • 2 celery stalks

  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled

  • 1/2 cup apple juice

  • 1/2 cup stemmed and chopped kale

  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach

  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro leaves

  • 1 cup Traditional Wonder Drink Kombucha

  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeeze lemon juice


Prepare the celery for juicing by cutting off both ends of the stalks and using just the middle part. Juice the celery and cucumber in a juicer. Combine the kale, spinach, cilantro, kombucha, and juices into a blender. Blend for 15 seconds, then serve and enjoy a delicious glass of goodness!
