Tummy Tamer Recipe
Tame your stomach with an easy on the tummy smoothie. These ingredients together will make an easily digestible and satisfying treat!
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 cup wild frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup Tropical Mango Wonder Drink
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
- 1 small handful of spinach
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons of almond butter
- 1 scoop of chia seeds
Preparation:
- Add all ingredient to a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into a glass and sprinkle on the chia seeds
