Tummy Tamer Recipe

 

Tame your stomach with an easy on the tummy smoothie. These ingredients together will make an easily digestible and satisfying treat!

 

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup wild frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 cup Tropical Mango Wonder Drink
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • 1 small handful of spinach
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of almond butter
  • 1 scoop of chia seeds

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredient to a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Pour into a glass and sprinkle on the chia seeds
