Reset your morning or cool down with our refreshing Reset Recipe!
½ cup water
¼ cucumber peeled & sliced
½ cup low fat plain yogurt
3-4 leaves spinach or kale (your choice of green)
½ cup frozen or fresh blackberries
5 ice cubes
Place all of ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Sip and enjoy!
